Introduction
GigaSpaces, a US-based company that provides solutions for data analytics, in-memory computing, and operationalizing artificial intelligence (AIWhat is AI? Artificial Intelligence (AI) refers to the simulation of human intelligence processes by computers in an aim to mimic or exceed human cognitive abilities across a range of domains….), approached Bora to create glossary pages for key, industry-specific terms to help attract organic traffic and make their site more visible in search engine results pages (SERPS). Following the success of our work with GigaSpaces, we decided to create pages for our own site.
Challenge
As a provider of relatively complex services and solutions, GigaSpaces wanted to build a glossary directory that would explain the key terms and concepts related to their business. They also wanted to rank highly on search results for relevant keywords to stand out from their competitors and attract organic traffic with the end goal of generating leads for their service offerings. However, limited marketing resources meant GigaSpaces could not carry out this process themselves.
While Bora shared these goals, we had the added challenge of being a small business with a relatively low search engine ranking. We decided to use our SEO and marketing expertise to craft glossary pages for our own website to rank for keywords relevant to both cybersecurity and marketing.
Solution
Bora helped GigaSpaces by writing five glossary pages a month in an ongoing project. We ensure that we maximize SEO effectiveness by including relevant keywords, linking to other pages on the client’s site, incorporating subtitles, bullet points, bold text, and quotes when possible, and checking for duplicate content. GigaSpaces came prepared with a list of terms – but that’s not a requirement.
We took a more ad hoc approach for our website, writing glossary pages wherever time and resources allowed. We did our own keyword research using Ahrefs to identify the keywords we wanted to rank for, and our cybersecurity and marketing specialist crafted SEO-optimized pages.

Outsourcing glossary page creation to Bora was an easy, impactful, and cost-effective way for GigaSpaces to improve Organic Search traffic, rankings for relevant keywords, and brand visibility without overstretching their marketing team’s time or resources.
